1. 심사위원 시스템 개편

- 2026년 WUSV 세계선수권 섹션 심사위원들은 2025년 대회에 ‘수습심사위원(Volontärrichter)’ 자격으로 참가.

- 이를 통해 차기 심사위원들이 실전 경험을 쌓고, 현직 심사위원을 보조하며 전문성을 강화함.

2. 기존 제도 변경

- 기존의 ‘보조심사위원’ 제도는 폐지, ‘수습심사위원’ 제도로 전환.

3. 운영 목적

- 공정성 향상 및 심사위원 전문성 제고.

- 독일셰퍼드견 견종의 훈련 및 번식 발전에 기여.

4. 재정 지원

- 새로운 제도 시행에 따른 개최 기관의 부담을 고려하여

- WUSV는 개최국에 15,000유로를 지원 (최종 정산서 제출 시 지급).

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Dear WUSV-Member-Countries:  

Today, we are writing to you to inform you about the latest decision taken by the WUSV-Board of Directors. As a lesson learnt from the WUSV-World Championship IP 2024 and based on the experience of the past years as well as on contributions received from competitors to the WUSV-World Championships IP & Universal, it was only logical to make changes to our judges system with the aim to lead the WUSV-World Championships into the future and ensure that the events remain attractive for competitors from all over the world also in the years to come. 

With immediate effect the sectional judges for next year (2026) shall also serve as volunteer judges during the World Championships IP & UNIVERSAL 2025. Please find a list of the judges for 2026 at the end of this communication and on the WUSV-Homepage at Events for your information. Please pass this detail on to your members and all other interested parties.

This innovation shall serve the purpose of giving the successor judges for the year to come a better chance for preparation for the event they shall serve at, and by the same token support the officiating sectional judges of the current year’s event. With two judges in the field, cases of doubt can be solved in an immediate fashion and double expertise shall be available to the benefit of all parties involved – the judges, the competitors and – most important – the breed of the German Shepherd Dog for an improved development in terms of trial and breeding. The old system of co-judging shall become obsolete with the launching of this new scheme.  

It goes without saying that the implementation of this new system entails considerable additional expenses for the hosting clubs. Also, with immediate effect, the WUSV-Board of Directors decided that the host organisations for WUSV-World Championships shall from now on receive a support payment amounting to 15.000,00 € - the settlements of the event in terms of income earned and expenses paid must be presented for the payment.
